TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

  1. CONFIRMATION

MATRIX CREATIVE EVENTS will only accept a booking upon receipt of written confirmation and once this is received a contract will be written between both parties. Until the booking deposit is paid and contract signed and returned.

 

  1. RESPONSIBILTIES

MATRIX CREATIVE EVENTS is obligated to fulfill with all the responsibilities and list of equipment mentioned in

the quotation. Any failures in delivering any of the mentioned points gives the CLIENT the right to deduct the amount of the

service. The deduction is based per individual item.

 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

The contracting party agrees to pay a booking deposit of 50% of total invoice value at the time of confirmation and the remaining 50% balance within one week prior to the date of the event.

For bookings made within two weeks of an event the total event fee will be due on confirmation of the booking.

 

  1. CANCELLATION

If for any reason the CLIENT cancels the booking, the cancelation terms below will be applicable:

1-Within two weeks ( 14 Calendar days ) or less from the hire period will result a 100% of the total amount paid.

2-Within one Month ( 30 Calendar days ) or less from the hire period will result a 50% of the total amount paid.

3-Above one month ( 30 Calendar days ) will result in no cancelation fees, unless THE SUPPLIER have already brought

materials to serve the events needs then the prices of the materials will be deducted accordingly.

 

  1. CHANGE OF EVENT DATE

Once the booking is confirmed and event-booking form is signed, any change of the contracted event date instigated by the

CLIENT up to 30 days prior to the event date, The contracted event date cannot be changed within 30 days of the event date

without the full event fee being incurred. The contracted date is subject to change according to the events schedule of MATRIX CREATIVE EVENTS and both parties shall agree on the selected new date.
